Whether you feel anxious, numb, overwhelmed, or just… off. Something shifted, and you can feel it.

What you're feeling has a name. And it's treatable.

This Might Be For You If…

  • You’re pregnant or recently postpartum and something feels wrong
  • You’re experiencing intrusive thoughts you haven’t said out loud
  • You feel disconnected from your baby and don’t understand why
  • You’re going through the motions but nothing feels like it used to
  • You feel pressure to be grateful but internally you’re struggling
  • You’re afraid that what you’re feeling means something is wrong with you as a mother
  • You’re high-functioning on the outside and exhausted underneath

You might look fine to everyone around you.

That doesn't mean you are.

You Deserve Someone Who Actually Gets This

Most therapists are generalists. They treat everything from work stress to relationship issues to grief, and they fit postpartum in somewhere between.

I only work with women in pregnancy and postpartum. It is all I do.

That means I have heard the thought you're afraid to say out loud. I have sat with women who feel exactly what you're feeling right now. And I know the specific, evidence-based approaches that help. Not generic coping skills, but targeted treatment for the maternal brain.

  • You won’t have to explain what you’re going through. I already understand it
  • You’ll get targeted strategies, not generic advice to “practice self-care”
  • Sessions designed for women who are used to performing at a high level
  • Virtual from anywhere. No childcare logistics, no waiting rooms
  • Superbills provided so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance

Perinatal mood disorders rarely resolve on their own.

Left unaddressed, what you're feeling doesn't stay contained. It shows up as snapping at your partner over nothing. Dreading bedtime because the thoughts get louder when the house is quiet. Pulling away from the people who want to help because you don't know how to explain what's wrong.

Early support can change everything.

Therapy isn't about fixing you. Nothing is broken.
It's about helping you feel steady, present, and like yourself again.

Common Questions

Do you accept insurance?

I am a private pay provider. Sessions are $195 for 50 minutes. I provide superbills after every session so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance. Many clients get a significant portion reimbursed.

What states do you work in?

Yes! I see clients virtually in most U.S. states. Schedule a free consultation and we can confirm your state is covered.

What does the free consultation look like?

It’s a relaxed 15-minute video call. You’ll share a little about what you’re going through, I’ll explain how I work, and we’ll see if it feels like a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

I’m not sure what I’m experiencing is "bad enough" for therapy.

You don’t need a crisis to deserve support. If something feels off, that’s enough. Most of the women I work with are high-functioning and look fine on the outside. That doesn’t mean they don’t need help.

How soon can I get an appointment?

I typically have openings within one to two weeks. Once we complete the consultation call, I can get you on the schedule quickly.

What if I’m still pregnant? Is it too early to start?

Not at all. Many women benefit from starting during pregnancy, especially if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or have a history of depression or anxiety. Early support can make a real difference in your postpartum experience.

The Fact That You're Still Reading Means Something.

If something in you knows you need support, trust that.

Schedule a free call and we'll talk through what you're experiencing, and whether this feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.
